James Strain

James (Seamuis) Strain is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in various supervisory and management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Superintendent at Joslin Construction since November 2022 and as a Superintendent at BELT CONSTRUCTION INC since February 2022, James has previously held positions including General Superintendent at Dex by Terra and Project Manager at Concrete Construction of Houston LLC. Additionally, James owned Ceilidh Concrete & Construction for eight years and has worked in multiple roles, including Production Supervisor and Concrete Foreman, throughout a diverse career in the construction industry. A veteran of the US Army, James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from The University of Texas at El Paso and possesses certifications including ACI Certified and OSHA 30.
