Ebru Aras Hıra

Ebru Aras Hıra is a research fellow at Joslin Diabetes Center since September 2022, with previous experience as a postdoctoral research fellow at Bilkent University and a postdoctoral researcher at UC Irvine. Ebru earned a PhD in Cell Physiology and Metabolism from the University of Geneva between 2014 and 2018 and holds an MSc in Biology/Biochemistry from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi obtained from 2009 to 2012. Ebru's educational background also includes a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Bilkent University, completed in 2009, along with an internship at Boston University School of Medicine in 2008.
