Jo-Anne Rizzotto

Jo-Anne Rizzotto, MEd, RDN, LDN, CDCES has extensive work experience in the field of clinical education programs and diabetes technology programs. Jo-Anne started their career at Smiths Medical in 2006 as the Northeast Regional Clinical Lead, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined Joslin Diabetes Center, where they held multiple roles including Director of Education and Diabetes Technology Programs until February 2022, and currently serves as the Director of Clinical Education Programs.

Jo-Anne Rizzotto, MEd, RDN, LDN, CDCES earned a Bachelor's degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, General from Simmons University in 1984. In 2005, they completed their Master's degree in Instructional Design from UMass Boston. Additionally, they obtained their certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in August 1988 from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
