Kendal Couch

Kendal Pacitto is an experienced copywriter with a diverse background in marketing and editorial content. At Wayfair, from March 2023 to January 2024, Kendal contributed to the SRB Marketing Studio by crafting copy for various channels and aiding in the development of brand voices for Joss & Main, AllModern, and Birch Lane. Prior to Wayfair, Kendal worked at NZXT, Inc. as an Editorial Copywriter, where responsibilities included leading sales copy initiatives, managing translations, and creating promotional content. Kendal's experience also includes a role at Rue Gilt Groupe, where daily flash sale copy and editorial stories were developed, and earlier positions that involved multimedia production and 3D visualization. Kendal earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Elon University in 2017.
