Hannah Schramm

Hannah Schramm is an experienced Innovation Manager at Jot since March 2022, responsible for overseeing R&D, project timelines, and regulatory needs while collaborating with Marketing on a strategic 3-year innovation pipeline. Previously, at Danone from March 2018 to March 2022, Hannah held the position of Research and Innovation Manager for Ready to Drink Coffee & Waters, managing product initiatives and launches that resulted in significant cost savings. Hannah's career began as a Food Scientist at WhiteWave Foods, progressing from Food Scientist I to II, leading cost-saving projects that generated $5 million in savings. Earlier experience includes roles at Beehive Bread Co. and E. & J. Gallo Winery, along with internships and assistant positions during education at Michigan State University, where a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology was obtained in 2014.
