Marta de Garnica Barreda

Marta de Garnica Barreda has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and related fields since 2013. In 2021 they began working as the CHRO/Head of People for JOTELULU, where they lead the HR department for Spain & Portugal. Her roles include recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, training, and talent development. In 2020 they began working at Oney as the Head of HR Transformation & Culture, where they were responsible for HR transformation, internal communication, and CSR, and led a team of two people. Marta was also the Head of HR Transformation and Project Manager HR Transformation & Change. In 2018 they worked as an HR Expert at The Valley Digital Business School, focusing on talent development, initiatives to improve employee experience and talent retention, and training & development. In 2016 they worked as an HR Business Partner for Opinno, where they gave HR advice by reporting, reviewing, and analyzing business data to identify trends and needs. In 2015 they worked as a Talent Acquisition Analyst for Dell, giving support to Spain, Italy, France, and Portugal, and was a certified Social Media and Community (SMaC) and Dell Brand. In 2015 they also worked as a Labour Relations and Tax/Legal Intern for Zurbano Asesores y Consultores. In 2014 they worked as a Human Resources Intern for Primark Tiendas SLU, giving support to the HR team members in different areas, and as a Management and Strategy Intern for Innomerics through Santander's Bank Internship Program. In 2013 they worked as a Management Controller Intern for ATRESMEDIA in the Finance department.

Marta de Garnica Barreda has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, obtained between 2010 and 2014. Marta also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration from University of San Diego, obtained in 2012. In 2018, Marta obtained a Master's degree from The Valley Digital Business School in Executive Program for HR Digitalization / Programa Directivo en Digitalización de RRHH (PDDRH+). Additionally, Marta has obtained several certifications, such as the Dell Brand Certification from Dell in April 2016, the Social Media and Community (SMaC) Certification from Dell in October 2015, and the Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) - C1 from University of Cambridge in November 2009.
