Matt Romond

Matt Romond is an experienced HR Business Partner at Jotform, focusing on the US, UK, CA, and AU since August 2022. Prior to this role, Matt held various leadership positions at Krav Maga Worldwide, Inc. from September 2009 to August 2022, including COO and Head of People Ops, where responsibilities encompassed human resources, program development, and community outreach initiatives. Matt also served as VP of Strategy and Ops, implementing organization-wide initiatives, and as Director of KM Kids, successfully expanding the children's self-defense program across multiple continents. Matt holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University.
