Vegar Pettersen

Vegar Pettersen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Vegar started their career in 1990 as an Officer/technician in the Royal Norwegian Air Force, where they served until 1998. Afterward, they worked in Simrad Egersund AS as a Service engineer/Product coordinator for seven years. Vegar then transitioned to Scanmar, where they worked as a Technical Salesperson for a year. In 2006, Vegar joined HF Danyko as a District Manager. Following that, they worked at Nederman Norclean as a KAM-marine until 2009. Afterward, they joined Straaltechniek International Norway AS as a Sales Manager until 2011. Vegar then worked at Navico as a Sales Manager Professional EMEA until 2013. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Maritime Sales at Jotron, where they have been since January 2020.

Vegar Pettersen began their education in 1987 at Luftforsvarets Tekniske skolesenter, where they studied Officer and Electronic for a period of three years, until 1990. Following this, they pursued further education at BI Norwegian Business School from 1997 to 1998, focusing on Marketing.
