Curtis Blair

Operations Director At Joule, Equipment Services Division at Joule Inc.

Curtis Blair has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Curtis began their career in the U.S. Army, where they served in various roles including Artillery Land Surveyor, Automated Test Facility Operator, and Avionics Maintenance Facility Supervisor. After leaving the military, they joined System One as an Instrumentation and Controls Superintendant, and later became the Technical Services/Operations Manager. Most recently, Curtis worked at Joulé as the Operations Director in the Equipment Services Division.

Curtis Blair attended Austin Peay State University from 1996 to 1998, where they focused on Engineering Technology, General. Prior to that, they studied Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology at Central Texas College from 1989 to 1991.

In addition to their education, Curtis also completed certifications including ISO-17025 Internal Audit and Measurement Uncertainty from Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc. in August 2015 and Advanced PLC Programming and Troubleshooting from Allen-Bradley (obtained date unavailable).
