Dmitry Akhanov

Dmitry Akhanov has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, currently serving as a Board Member for Joule Unlimited Technologies, Inc., NeoPhotonics, Aquantia, and Advenira Enterprises, where Dmitry holds the position of Chairman of the Board. Additionally, Dmitry Akhanov has been the CEO of Rusnano USA, Inc. since December 2010, overseeing venture capital initiatives. Previous board memberships include Quantenna Communications, Soft Machines, and BiOptix, while also having held the role of Chairman of the Board at Branan and Head of the Federal Energy Agency from 2007 to 2008, managing key sectors of energy. Dmitry Akhanov holds a Master of Science in International Economics from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, earned between 1992 and 1999.
