Skye Forrester-Sloan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager APAC at Journal Technologies since August 2025, Skye previously held prominent roles at Khoros, including General Manager/Vice President, APAC, and Senior Director of Professional Services and Customer Success. Skye's leadership experience also spans roles such as President of AFLW's VU Western Spurs and digital customer contact management at Foxtel, where strategic oversight was provided for digital channels supporting millions of customer interactions. In earlier roles at GE Capital, Skye established impactful social media strategies and facilitated effective customer service solutions. Skye holds a degree in Applied Science - Animal Technology from Victoria University.
