Alexandra Polier has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Alexandra began their career in 2002 as an Editorial Assistant and Reporter at the Associated Press. Alexandra later worked as a Consultant for USAID, where they produced a documentary on the civil war in Southern Sudan. Alexandra then joined Newsweek International as a Contributing Writer, covering various topics in Africa. In 2009, they became the Director of Communications at Richard Meier & Partners, where they oversaw story development and worked on global architecture projects. From 2011 to 2014, Alexandra served as the Director of Communications at Dwell Magazine, overseeing all communications and opening the New York office.
