Mónica then transitioned to Customer Service Specialist at TELUS International before moving on to roles as Human Resources Associate at Amazon, Human Resources Specialist at Western Union, Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Gensler, and currently as a Human Resources Generalist at Journey. Mónica's experience spans across recruitment, talent acquisition, and general HR functions.
