Nicole B. Swanson

Nicole B. Swanson currently serves as the Coordinator of Performance Improvement and Outcomes at Journey Health System since March 2019. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of Communications and Outcome Specialist at Stairways Behavioral Health from 2012 to July 2022, where responsibilities included copywriting for programs aimed at supporting individuals with mental health challenges in Erie and Crawford Counties, as well as collecting and analyzing data to enhance program effectiveness. Additionally, Nicole was the Operations Manager at Stairways Behavioral Health Family Therapy from January 2012 to February 2013.
