Clara Seeger, PhD

Clara Seeger, PhD has a long and varied work experience. Clara began their career in 1992 as a Teacher of German Language and Literature at the Goethe-Institut. In 1998, they joined UBS as an Equities Sales and Insurance Specialist Sales. From 2002 to 2003, they were a Coach Assessor & Trainer at the NeuroLeadership Group, and in 2006 they began working as an Executive Coach Trainer at Performance Coach Training. In 2016, they became a Mindfulness Coach at Mindfulness at Work Ltd, and in 2021 they joined Journey as a Corporate Mindfulness Teacher. Clara is also the Founder of Enlightened Leaders.

Clara Seeger, PhD has an extensive education history. Clara earned a BA (hons), MA, and M.Phil in Modern Languages & European Literature from the University of Oxford. Clara went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mindfulness: Neuroscience and Clinical Applications from King's College London. Clara then obtained their PhD in German from the same institution. Additionally, they hold an Associate of King's College London (AKC) from King's College London, a Certified ECR Practitioner from RocheMartin, a Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute, and a Certificate of Advanced Coaching Skills from the Neuroleadership Group.
