The Clinical and Health Services team at Journey Mental Health Center Inc delivers a wide range of mental health and substance abuse services. This multidisciplinary team coordinates individualized care plans, provides therapeutic interventions, conducts assessments, and supports clients and their families to achieve better health outcomes.
