Andrew Brooke-Reid

Andrew Brooke-Reid is a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer currently at Journey Hospitality since September 2021, where previous roles include DevOps Engineer and Junior DevOps Engineer. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Genesys from November 2020 to September 2021 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, focusing on the transition to PureCloud support and mentoring team members. Andrew holds an MSc from Brunel University London and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Kingston University.
