Rachael Smith

Rachael Smith is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Blue Waters Family Medicine & Drip Room since March 2020 and at JourneyPure since September 2021, Rachael has also provided care at the Bay County Sheriff's Office Jail Facility and Call Now Doctors. Rachael's nursing career began in emergency care as an Emergency Room RN at Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center and includes roles as a Clinical Nurse and Staff RN. Rachael holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Practice, a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing, and an Associate's degree in Nursing, all earned at Chamberlain University and Gulf Coast State College.
