Kerry Giansante

Kerry Giansante has a diverse work experience ranging from roles in customer service to human resources. They started their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative at GI-RO Dry Cleaners, Inc. and worked in this role until 2013. From 2014 to 2015, Kerry served as a Graduate Assistant at the University at Buffalo. In 2015, they joined GI-RO Dry Cleaners, Inc. again, this time as a Customer Service Lead. Kerry then transitioned to a career in human resources, starting as a Human Resource Specialist at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc. in 2016. They subsequently became the Director of Human Resources in 2019 before being promoted to Chief Human Resource Officer in July 2022.

Kerry Giansante holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Management and Finance from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York. This degree was earned between the years 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, Kerry attended Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. During the same period, Kerry also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Syracuse University. Additionally, Kerry Giansante has obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in July 2021.
