Michelle Holler

Michelle Holler serves as the Program Manager for the ONA Immigrant Community Navigator at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc. since December 2017, focusing on workforce development for low-income refugees and immigrants in Western New York. In addition, Michelle is a Committee Member of the Grant Ferry Association, dedicated to improving community quality of life and promoting diversity on Buffalo's West Side. Previous experience includes roles in marketing and business development at the Westminster Economic Development Initiative and managing small businesses at the West Side Bazaar. Michelle's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising from Buffalo State University and ongoing studies in International Marketing and Journalism at Florence University of the Arts.
