Mohamed Muse is an experienced professional with a diverse background in interpretation, translation, and case management. Currently serving as the Site Director at Refugee and Immigrant Self-Empowerment (RISE) since April 2021, Mohamed also works as an English, Mai-Mai, and Somali interpreter for Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc. since January 2018, and as an interpreter/translator since February 2013 at the International Institute of Buffalo. Previous roles include Associate at Nissha Medical Technologies, Freelance Interpreter at Geneva Worldwide, and Bridging Case Manager at Jewish Family Services of Western New York. Mohamed has educational experience in computer networking and information sciences from ITT Technical Institute and Erie Community College, respectively, and attended Hagadera Secondary School for general studies.
