Noel De La Rosa has extensive work experience across various industries. From 2022 onwards, De La Rosa has been serving as the Chief Program Officer at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Programs at the same organization from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining Journey's End Refugee Services, De La Rosa worked at the NYC Department of Education for many years. Noel'sroles included Senior Director of Strategic Planning & Communications, Chief of Staff in the Office of Postsecondary Readiness, Senior Program Manager, Communications Director, Director of Program Approval, and Program Manager in various divisions between 2007 and 2021.

Before that, they were a Lead Teacher at YAI from 2002 to 2004. Noel began their career at Books of Wonder as an Assistant to the President/Copywriter from 2001 to 2002.

Noel De La Rosa attended Wesleyan University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion.
