Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc. is a Christian community-based organization with the mission of welcoming refugees without regard to ethnic origin or creed and to assist them to become healthy, independent, contributing members of the community.

The Employment Services team at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc. is responsible for supporting refugees in securing meaningful employment. They provide job readiness training, career counseling, resume building, and job placement assistance, helping refugees integrate into the Western New York workforce and become self-sufficient, contributing members of the community.
