Fred Seale

Fred Seale is an experienced design professional with a robust background in user experience, service design, and product design. Currently serving as a Speaker at The Intrapreneurs Club since December 2022, Fred shares valuable insights on user-centered design, strategy, and communication skills for aspiring designers. As Design Director at Red Seal since July 2012, Fred acts as an advisor and practitioner, collaborating with business owners to create ideal user experiences. Recent roles include Service Design Director at Perci Health, where Fred orchestrates interactions between patients and practitioners, and Global Director of Product Design at Showpad, leading a large design team. Fred has also contributed to various companies such as Salary Finance, Chambers and Partners, and Distributed, consistently emphasizing the importance of design thinking and user-centered approaches throughout a diverse career that began with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Solent University.
