Sol Villalba has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Beginning in 2009, they worked in Reception and Concierge at Hotel Iruña, Álvarez Argüelles until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Senior Customer Service Agent and Shore Excursions Officer at Princess Cruises, where they demonstrated bilingual proficiency and handled daily cash management, lost luggage recovery, currency sales, and onboard complaint resolution. Sol then joined EF Education First in 2013 and held various positions, including Senior Program Coordinator - Customer Support Agent, Sales Group Manager, and Country Product Manager. Throughout their tenure at EF Education First, Sol excelled in sales and customer support, achieving recognition as one of Chile's top 5 sales representatives and eventually being promoted to Manager. From 2020 to 2021, Sol attended ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona, where they pursued a Posgrado (postgraduate degree) in Coaching, PNL y Manejo de equipos (Coaching, NLP, and Team Management).
In 2016, Sol studied at Universidad del Desarrollo, focusing on Gestion de ventas (Sales Management), which included topics such as general sales, commercial promotion, and related marketing activities.
