Barbara Kenny

Barbara Kenny has over 25 years of experience in learning and development within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Specialist at Jovia Financial Credit Union since June 2019, Barbara previously held the same role at Sterling National Bank from October 2017 to December 2018. Prior to these positions, Barbara worked as a Training Specialist at Astoria Bank for over 23 years, where responsibilities included facilitating training programs, revising training materials, evaluating trainee performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Elementary Education from Molloy University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
