Mary Lynn Borghard

Mary Lynn Borghard is an accomplished professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as AVP of Learning and Development at Jovia Financial Credit Union since February 2019. Prior to this role, Mary Lynn held the position of Manager of Corporate Education-Vice President at Sterling National Bank from January 2001 to February 2019, where responsibilities included consulting with senior management to craft training solutions aligned with corporate objectives and managing a corporate-wide regulatory online training program. Earlier in their career, from 1993 to 2000, Mary Lynn was the President and Owner-Director of Extra Edge Learning Center, where Mary Lynn successfully developed and managed the educational business to profitability, designed and implemented academic programs, and ensured an effective learning environment.
