Shae Louise Abel is a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Manager at Melbourne Water since June 2023. Shae Louise is also the Founder & Director of With Pride, offering services focused on LGBTIQ+ Inclusion Training. Shae is currently a Co-producer at JOY 94.9 and was previously a Welcoming & Inclusion Project Manager at Windermere Child and Family Services. With a background in project management and healthcare, Shae Louise is dedicated to promoting inclusivity and wellbeing across various organizations. Shae holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Science (Naturopathy) from Endeavour College of Natural Health.
