Naveen Vooka is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in leading technology and consulting firms. As the Founder and CEO of JOY IT Solutions since December 2015, Naveen drives innovation in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and digital transformation services. Additionally, Naveen has invested in BOB eProcure Solutions Private Limited since 2010, contributing to its strategic growth in eProcurement. Previous roles include serving as a Private Investor at Fincore Soft and an Advisory Board Member at YINSOL, alongside a tenure as COO of BOB Tech Solutions. Naveen's educational background includes degrees in Information Technology and Computer Science from RMIT University, CQUniversity, and Maxwell Institute of Science and Technology.
