Michelle Gerster

Michelle Gerster has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle co-founded and worked as the COO of Joybyte, a social media management company. At Joybyte, they focused on growing the brand and enhancing organic reach and engagement. Prior to that, Michelle co-founded CLi Digital Media and served as COO. Michelle also worked at Creative License International as the Director of Account Management. In addition, Michelle held the position of President at Hearts.com, where they managed online marketing, strategy, and implementation teams. Michelle started their career at Wells Fargo as a Branch Manager, responsible for team development, leadership, and sales. Before that, Michelle worked at Motif Design as a Senior Commercial Account Manager and Supervisor, overseeing client projects and managing production teams. Michelle began their professional journey at Wells Fargo Bank as a Business Banking Associate and Sales Associate, focusing on new accounts and customer service. Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated skills in social media management, team development, client relations, and strategic planning.

Michelle Gerster attended Arizona State University from 2000 to 2004. Michelle obtained a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in Communication and Business during their time there.
