Hugo Gillotin

Hugo Gillotin is an experienced professional in strategy and business development, currently serving as CEO at Growin since February 2023, focusing on IT outsourcing and nearshore projects. Hugo has held various leadership roles, including Executive Director at ATS4IT from January 2020 to November 2022, where the emphasis was on innovation and delivering value to partners and clients. Prior positions include Director for BeLux & Denmark at agap2 IT, with responsibilities in business development and account management, and financial analysis at HAITONG. Hugo holds an MSC in Finance from Copenhagen Business School and a Master’s in International Finance from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution.
