Dalton Jorgensen

Dalton Jorgensen's work experience begins with their role at AIG as a Global Business Services Analyst from July 2016 to July 2018. In this position, they provided consulting and high-level analysis to business partners, delivering strategic and procedural support for various areas including application development, enterprise data management, risk and compliance, and operations development.

Following their time at AIG, Jorgensen joined Blackboard Insurance in July 2018 as a Growth & Underwriting Operations Associate. Dalton later advanced to the role of Senior Growth & Underwriting Operations Associate in March 2020. At Blackboard Insurance, Jorgensen focused on erasing common pain points in the commercial middle market by utilizing technology, data science, and industry expertise. Dalton aimed to create a simpler, transparent, and responsive commercial experience for the internal team, broker partners, vendors, and insureds.

Most recently, Jorgensen joined Joyn Insurance in October 2020 as the head of Operations. In this role, they collaborated with a team to build and enhance operational workflows. Their responsibilities included architecting core operational workflows, optimizing technology solutions, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction across various areas of the insurance value chain. Joyn Insurance aimed to provide an authentic, efficient, and trustworthy insurance experience while also introducing joy into the process.

Dalton Jorgensen's education history includes studying at the University of Kansas School of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, they focused on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies as a concentration during their time at the University of Kansas School of Business. Dalton also attended CIMBA, where they specialized in Supply Chain Management within the field of Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Prior to their higher education, Dalton attended Paola High School.
