Maximilian Baur

Maximilian Baur has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Maximilian started their career in 2012 at maxdome GmbH, where they worked as a Junior Quality Assurance Manager and later became a Quality Assurance Manager. In 2015, they joined think consult as a Consultant in Project- and Quality Management, and then transitioned to the role of an IT Consultant / Business Analyst. In 2017, they returned to maxdome GmbH as a Senior Strategic Partner Manager until 2019.

Since 2019, Maximilian Baur has been working at Joyn GmbH, initially as a Lead Distribution & Partnerships, and later as a Team Lead Distribution & Partnerships. In 2021, they took on the role of Principal Partnerships & Business Development, and currently holds the position of Director Partnerships & Strategy.

Maximilian Baur pursued their education at various institutions. From 2012 to 2014, they attended FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Management with a specialization in Marketing and Communication. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication- and Media- Management. In 2010, they briefly took part in a program at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, focusing on cross-cultural management and strategic management, although no specific degree was specified for this experience.
