Nicole Baumeister

Nicole Baumeister has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Nicole started their career as an Auszubildende zur Industriekauffrau at Gruschwitz GmbH Tech-Twists from September 2008 to August 2011. In 2013, they worked as a Werkstudentin Sales at Newi Solar GmbH for three months.

From 2014 to 2016, Nicole worked at Vetter Pharma, first as Mitarbeiterin Personalentwicklung und Recruiting from September 2014 to May 2016, followed by a role as Leitung kaufmännische Ausbildung from June 2016 to February 2019.

In 2019, they joined byterunner GmbH & Co. KG as a Personalreferent from April 2019 to December 2019, and later became the Head of Human Resources from January 2020 to August 2021.

In 2021, Nicole moved on to Joyn GmbH, where they initially worked as an HR-Teamleiter from September 2021 to November 2022, and currently holds the position of Director HR & Office Management since December 2022.

Additionally, in 2022, they took up a role as a Dozentin at IHK Akademie München und Oberbayern in March 2022, where they are still currently employed.

Nicole Baumeister completed their education at various institutions. From 2016 to 2019, they attended Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources. Prior to that, they studied at Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2016, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaft. Nicole also had prior education at Kaufmännische Schule Wangen from 2008 to 2011, where they completed an Ausbildung in Industriekauffrau.
