Renata Carriel

Renata Carriel's work experience begins with an internship in design at Rocket Internet Brasil from January 2012 to February 2014. Renata then interned as a design intern at Beauty Brands from July 2014 to November 2014. Renata worked as an art director intern at MSLGROUP Espalhe from January 2015 to May 2015 and as a junior art director at Rock Comunicação from June 2015 to October 2015. Renata joined Fullbar Digital as a UX Designer I from October 2015 to February 2016, where they contributed to the creation and unfolding of screens and user flow for the Deus Conosco app. Renata returned to Fullbar Digital as a UX Designer II from March 2016 to November 2018, leading the visual identity and flow of the Guia do Voto app.

Renata then worked as a UX Designer at Editora Globo from November 2018 to May 2019, where they created special digital features for Editora Globo brands and managed the creation and research of the Beauty Tudo platform. Renata joined Linx as a UX Designer from May 2019 to May 2020, leading the user experience creation of engagement and re-engagement features for B2B products.

Renata's next role was at Wildlife Studios, where they started as a UX Designer Senior from May 2020 to May 2021. Renata then became a UX Designer Lead from May 2021 to July 2022, leading a team of four UX designers in creating major monetization and engagement features for Wildlife's games. Finally, Renata currently works at Joyn GmbH as a UX Designer Senior starting in October 2022.

Renata Carriel completed their education in a variety of fields, starting with a Technical High School Diploma in Advertising from FECAP, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Renata then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo from 2011 to 2015.

In 2010, Renata Carriel attended the University of Portsmouth, where they completed a course in English language. Renata also obtained certifications such as the Certificate of Membership from The Interaction Design Foundation in March 2019 and the Female Leadership Master Program from Programa ELAS in December 2019.

Renata Carriel further expanded their skills in User Experience Design by specializing in this field at Tera in 2018. Additionally, they completed the User Centered Design program at The Interaction Design Foundation from 2019 to 2020. Renata Carriel also completed courses in Maya, including both an Advanced and Basic level, at DRC Treinamentos in December 2015.
