Cheryl Hamm

Cheryl Hamm has extensive experience in the real estate industry, serving as Vice President of Joyner Fine Properties since May 1998, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and supervising the Property Management and Commercial Divisions. Cheryl has also held the position of Managing Broker at Joyner Commercial since 2007, a division that provides a comprehensive range of commercial real estate services. Prior to joining Joyner Fine Properties, Cheryl was the owner of The Business Advantage, a secretarial service focusing on property management and leasing from January 1990 to December 1998. Cheryl earned a Bachelor of Arts in French from William & Mary, completing studies from 1968 to 1972.
