Steven Kornfeld

Steven Kornfeld is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Joyous PBC, an AI powered digital platform for mental health. He is also the Co-Founder & Partner at Castle Peak Partners, an investment firm. Additionally, Steven serves as a Board Member at Forte Biosciences, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, and JayBirds Chicken, a hot chicken restaurant chain. He is also a Board Observer at Lark Health, an AI platform for managing chronic diseases. Prior to his current roles, Steven worked at Franklin Templeton as a Portfolio Manager and Analyst, leading the US equity health care investment research team. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS from The Wharton School.
