Baldemar Hernandez

Baldemar Hernandez has extensive experience in human resources and operations management within the manufacturing and drilling industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Operations Manager at Joyson Safety Systems since June 2015, Baldemar oversees manufacturing operations. Prior roles include HR Manager at Patterson-UTI Drilling Company LLC, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR functions for over 1400 employees across 50 drilling rigs, significantly reducing turnover and supervising HR professionals. Prior to this, Baldemar served as HR Supervisor and 1LT in the U.S. Army, providing HR support for a Parachute Infantry Battalion. Academically, Baldemar holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Texas A&M International University.
