Daniel Reyes De La Cruz is a seasoned engineering professional with a specialization in quality and production engineering. Currently serving as a Supplier Quality Engineer (Tier 1) at Joyson Safety Systems since May 2024, Daniel previously held the position of Production Engineer at Hengli México, where a focus was placed on process improvements in assembly, electroplating, and machining. Daniel's experience includes developing documents such as PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans, as well as overseeing the installation of an electroplating line in Monterrey and managing operator training. Daniel also contributed as a Development Engineer at Nemak and held various roles at John Deere, including an internship in the global paint team, and has a strong background in HSE from positions at Nemak and John Deere. Daniel's academic foundation includes an Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
