Grant Bozinyan

Grant Bozinyan has a strong background in legal counsel and compliance roles. Grant started their career as a Lawyer at Aviastar in 2007 and then moved on to become the Deputy of the Head of Legal department at Avtodetal-Servis from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Takata EMEA as the Legal Counsel (Head of Legal) & Compliance officer, where they stayed until 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Legal Counsel (Head of Legal) & Compliance Officer Russia at Joyson Safety Systems.

Grant Bozinyan attended the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics in 2015, where they completed the Basic Compliance & Ethics Academy in Brussels, Belgium. Prior to that, they studied at Ulyanovsk State University from 2001 to 2006, earning a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence. In 1999 and 2000, they also attended Benedict School (International Language School).
