Matt Baldassarre

Matt Baldassarre is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the automotive safety systems industry. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Joyson Safety Systems since April 2018, Matt has previously held positions as a Product Engineer at Takata from February 2001 to April 2018, and as a Product Engineer at Lear Corporation from December 1996 to February 2001. Early in the career, Matt worked as an Engineer at CACI International Inc from June 1996 to December 1996. Matt holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, obtained between 2001 and 2006, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, completed in 1996.
