Roberto Manzo

Roberto Manzo has extensive work experience in sales, marketing, and management roles. Roberto has been the Sales & Marketing Director at Joyson Safety Systems - South America since 2019, where they are responsible for the OE Sales Business. Prior to that, they worked as the South America Commercial Director at Heller Maquinas Operatrizes Ind. Com. Ltda from 2018 to 2019, overseeing sales, marketing, and product & application engineering. From 2005 to 2018, Roberto held various positions at TMD Friction, including South America & International Business Sales Director, International Business Director, South America Sales and R&D Director, and South America Sales Manager, among others. Roberto also worked as a Sales Account Manager at Johnson Controls and held multiple sales engineer roles at ZF do Brasil. Roberto started their career as an Engineer Trainee and Internship Trainee at Dana Corporation. Throughout their career, Roberto has demonstrated strong leadership and restructuring abilities, as well as a track record of improving profitability and sales performance.

Roberto Manzo holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in International Executive MBA from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, which they obtained from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned another Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Sales from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, completed from 2000 to 2001. Roberto's undergraduate education includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, which they pursued between 1995 and 1999. Lastly, they received their high school education at Colégio Bandeirantes from 1992 to 1994.
