Sandra Hornatkiewicz

Sandra Hornatkiewicz has extensive work experience in human resources and communications. Sandra currently holds the position of HR Director R&D EMEA at Joyson Safety Systems, starting in October 2023. Before that, they worked at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from April 2020 to May 2021 as a Senior HR Business Partner and from May 2021 to October 2023 as an HR Manager Non-Manufacturing DACH. Prior to that, Sandra worked at Braskem as an HR Business Partner from January 2018 to April 2020 and from July 2018 to July 2018, they held the position of HR Business Partner. Sandra also worked as an HR and Communications professional at Braskem from August 2012 to December 2017. Additionally, Sandra worked in Public Relations at HFN Kommunikation from 2011 to 2012.

Sandra Hornatkiewicz completed their Master of Arts degree at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in 2012. Sandra has also obtained additional certifications, including "The Complete Skilled Negotiator" from The Gap Partnership and "Spezialist für Personalentwicklung" from Quadriga Hochschule Berlin.
