Anthony Salvucci

Scientist, Downstream Processing at Joywell Foods

Anthony Salvucci has worked in a variety of roles in the field of molecular biology and biophysics since 2006. Anthony began their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Cornell University in 2006. After that, they worked as a Molecular Biophysics Research Assistant at Uppsala University in 2012, followed by a Staff Research Associate III position at UC Davis in 2013. In 2016, they took on the role of Molecular Biology Research Associate at Agrinos, and in 2017 they became an Associate Research Scientist at Marrone Bio Innovations. Most recently, they have been working as a Scientist, Downstream Processing at Oobli (formerly Joywell Foods) since 2020.

Anthony Salvucci earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Environmental Science from the University of Arizona between 2002 and 2006. Anthony then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) in Biological and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University between 2006 and 2009.
