Alexander Schuster possesses extensive expertise in management consulting and executive coaching, currently serving as Unternehmensinhaber at Mentavis Consulting since January 2004. In addition to management consulting, responsibilities include shaping organizational culture and team development. Prior experience includes Medical Director at Sanofi and roles in medical affairs and product management at AMGEN GmbH and Sandoz AG / Novartis AG, respectively.
