Pierre de Bartha

Pierre de Bartha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Franco-German intercultural management. Since March 1987, Pierre has been a Senior Coach Expert and Managing Partner at JPB Consulting, a firm renowned for its expertise in enhancing efficiency and managing change processes in Franco-German collaborations. Pierre launched the SYNTONIE Workshop, a prominent annual seminar for French and German leaders focused on management practices and intercultural exchanges. Additionally, Pierre developed the mentalmerger® process to facilitate transcultural mergers and acquisitions and created the Synergogram®, a self-assessment tool to optimize personal efficiency in cross-cultural contexts. Prior to JPB Consulting, Pierre held notable positions including CEO of a French subsidiary at VFI Verpackungstechnik and Sales Director at Reckli France, successfully addressing the complexities of Franco-German business dynamics. Pierre holds a Master of International Business from EBS Paris, having graduated in 1978.
