Alan Jenkins is a distinguished academic and leader with extensive experience in law, social impact, and human rights. Serving as a Professor of Practice at Harvard Law School since July 2019, Jenkins is also a Board Member at Brooklyn Museum and THE JPB FOUNDATION, where Alan contributes as an Anti-Poverty Program Advisor. Jenkins holds a Senior Fellow position at the Western States Center and co-founded OneSixComics, co-authoring the graphic novel 1/6, which explores the ramifications of the January 6th insurrection. As Principal of Alan Jenkins, LLC, and a Faculty Affiliate at the Harvard Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, Jenkins continues to actively engage in social justice initiatives. Jenkins' educational background includes a Doctor of Law from Harvard Law School and a Master's in Media Studies from The New School, complementing a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Harvard University.
