Currently serving as a Dessinateur technique at Groupe JPF since August 2016, Rui has previously held the position of Dessinateur-projeteur at Groupe AIC - Ingecos sarl from January to August 2016, and worked as Eng. Fiscal at Vitor Hugo - Coordenação e Gestão de Projectos S.A. from 2012 to December 2015. Rui Gouveia holds a master's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra and completed studies at Bialystok University of Technology in 2011.
