Missy Hubbell

Missy serves as JPI’s Chief People Officer, developing and leading the People First strategy, which includes attracting, growing, and retaining the best people in the markets she serve. She leads Human Resources, Leadership Development, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and Associate Engagement initiatives that align and support JPI’s Culture and Tradition. She serves as a member of and advisor to JPI’s executive leadership team.

Missy brings to JPI over 25 years of strategic leadership experience in organizational health, leadership development, human resources, and operations management in the real estate development, construction, financial services, consumer products, and hospitality industries. Missy served as Chief Operating Officer of the Americas region for Hudson Advisors, and also held leadership roles at GMAC ResCap and Coca-Cola Enterprises. The last seven years she was engaged with JPI as an external consultant partnering with JPI’s leaders on strategic organization design and talent management initiatives with a distinct focus on growth and development. Missy earned an MBA with an Organization Development concentration from the University of Dallas, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from The University of the South.
