Tamara Kubala

Tamara Kubala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and financial operations. Currently serving as the VP of Compliance and Manager of EB5 Operations at JPI Companies since August 2013, Tamara oversees company-wide compliance programs and ensures adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. In addition, as VP of Foreign Capital/EB5, Tamara manages efforts related to the EB5 Immigration Investor program for a luxury multifamily real estate developer. Previous roles include Regional Accounting Manager at Lehigh Hanson, where responsibilities included full month-end close and the rollout of a new procurement system, and Manager of Financial Services at JPI Companies, where Tamara managed executive-level profit participation programs. Earlier experience includes positions as Accounting Manager at Neiman Marcus, overseeing payroll and financial reporting for the cosmetics division, and as an Accountant at Oxy. Tamara holds an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
